Shipping policy
Shipping Information We are doing our best to prepare and ship your orders as quickly as possible! Your order will be sent by the oficial carrrier in France (La Poste) and delivered by your local carrier(s). Typically, all orders from stock are packed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Custom orders might take up to two weeks to be completed and shipped. Tracking information for your package(s) will be sent via email when your order is ready to leave our craft studio.
Customs Fees. Any order placed outside the European Union may be subject to customs fees. You are responsible for paying these additional charges. Please note that we have no control over these customs charges and cannot predict their amount. Therefore, we advise you to contact your customs authorities for more information before placing your order.
