The doily from the pictures was made using 100% linen yarn from a yarn brand Dererum Natura that produces ecological linen, grown in Normandie (France) without any chemical inputs.

The diameter of a finished project is 55 - 60cm.
It was also tested in lace cotton yarns.
50g/280m cotton thread
1.5mm hook
Approximately 70g (If similar material is used, the diameter of the finished doily will be approximately 30cm/ 12').
Any kind of cotton thread can be used with a matching crochet hook, but keep in mind that in this case the size of the finished doily can differ.
